Our returns policy is 30 days from receipt of goods, so if for any reason you do need to return something please make sure you message us within 30 days, and we'll get the ball rolling.
To be eligible for a return, your goods must be in brand new unused condition with the tag intact and in the original packaging. You'll also need the proof of purchase.

Returns sent back to us without first requesting a returns ID will not be accepted or refunded under any circumstances.
If you're looking for an exchange the best and fastest way is to submit a return request for the original item but buy the replacement as a separate transaction.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll be in touch to confirm your refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 working days.
