You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item should be unused and in the same condition which you received it.
Please keep it in its original packaging (if possible).
You’ll just need to provide proof of purchase, like your order number or receipt.
If you’d like to return or exchange something, just email us at customerservicecrystalequine@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the simple return process.
Once your items are back and checked, we’ll process your refund with in 7 working days back to your original payment method.
Please note: All return postage costs aren’t refundable unless your item is faulty.
Need a different size, colour, or item? No problem!
Just get in touch within 14 days and we’ll be happy to help arrange an exchange for a different size or item.
