Returns Policy
Our returns policy is 14 days from receipt of goods, for a full refund or exchange so if for any reason you do need to return something please make sure you message us within this time frame.
Gift Returns Policy
Owing to the seasonal period we`ve extended our returns period right up until the 9th December for gifts. However these will only be exchanges or credit notes.
All of our other terms apply.
Please Note
To be eligible for a return, your goods must be in brand new unused condition with the tag intact and in the original packaging. You'll also need the proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us using the contact button on the site. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your goods to us.
Returns sent back to us without first requesting a returns ID will not be accepted or refunded under any circumstances.
Exchanges
If you're looking for an exchange the best and fastest way is to submit a return request for the original item but buy the replacement as a separate transaction.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll be in touch to confirm your refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 working days.
